Consigned to PWCC and sold on 2/26/2017 as a PSA 7 for $601.00

This card is another example of what is emerging as a pattern. Namely, whitman111-purchased and altered cards which do not get a grade bump are frequently the recipients of PWCC CEO Brent Huigens's personally-certified PWCC stickers. These stickers and the allegedly blind process with which they are purported to be awarded should be investigated. I do believe there is rampant fraud there.
