This alteration is not easy to notice due to the blurred PSA-4 images.

Yellow circles are identifiers
Red circle is where the blue jersey was touched with color. On the blurred image there is a slight red screen showing meaning that the blue plate or printing blanket had debris on it causing the dominant blue ink to not print on the stock. The white specs are light glares caused by the plastic holder.
The card does not appear to be trimmed but the corners appear to be sharper. The before image of the back makes it impossible to notice much of anything. It took a good while just to find the unique identifiers that match. The grade bumped up 2.5 points and it's a Moser submission...
