Card: 1933 DeLong, Al Simmons.
Alterations: Trimmed, bleached.
Yellow circles are the common print marks/flaws between both cards.
Blue boxes show the stains removed on the front and back of the card.
Red boxes show the trimmed left edge.
This DeLong was purchased by an unknown buyer known as n***i. The doctor then butchered the card by trimming off a slice of the left edge and then bleached off the stains along the white borders. The job resulted in a 1 grade bump but a monetary loss for the effort. The card is now practically ruined as far as future value and collectability. An authentic/altered version of this card is worth around $50.
Sold by PWCC (as a PSA 5) on April 1, 2013 for $382.77 to eBay buyer ID masked as n***i.
Re-sold by PWCC (as a PSA 6) on February 7, 2017 for $320.
