2019 • PSA 10 cert# 23739747 • BlowOut →
*** I am going to start posting these even though there is no sign of any appearance change whatsoever. I have come across too many of these to be considered an anomaly. Is it a lucky re-sub or funny business with PSA? Are the graders inconsistent or intentional? I just don't believe, in my personal opinion, that anyone else submitting these vintage cards would receive a 10 with regularity like card-guy has.

(This is PSA Cert #23739747, not to be confused with PSA Cert #23739760 which was also a PSA 10 Billy Harris 1963 Parkhurst sold on the very same day by PWCC. I posted that card several days ago.)
Sold by PWCC on February 16, 2015 for $334.79. The PSA cert number is from the same card-guy submission as the three cards above. I could not find a prior graded purchase that matched so it may have been purchased raw.
