Sold on 11/18/2018 as a PSA 6 by PWCC to whitman111 (Gary Moser) for $2,924
Consigned to PWCC as a PSA 8 and sold on 3/24/2019 for $21,700
Value gain of $18,776!
This one shows how a quick corner repair and/or rebuild can turn a nice mid-grade card into a high-end masterpiece. The question that must be asked: Was Moser consigning these cards under his own name or the name of another individual or company? That should be publicly addressed. I do think it is good that PWCC has now vowed to stop working with him, but I feel legal action needs to be taken against him to stop this behavior for good (I'm looking in your direction, PSA).
