Consigned to PWCC and sold on 2/7/2017 as a PSA 5 for $616.66

This card was purchased as part of a Heritage Auctions lot of 1948 Leaf baseball cards that contained both graded and ungraded material. The trims are in the same style of Gary Moser's trims. However, the real identity of the buyer is unknown to anyone except Heritage Auctions.
This card itself did not change grades despite pretty significant trims on both its right and left edges. These trims improved the shape of the corners as well, making them sharper. The purple boxes show the difference in white border size pre- and post-trimming. The green circles are print marks/paper fibers which allow us to know it is the same card. I omitted the line about the value gained because this card was purchased in a lot.
