As usual, after altering and regrading, the newly graded card receives a sticker by Brent Huigens.
This card was initially purchased by an unknown buyer on March 24, 2019 from Robert Edwards Auctions (REA).
The card was a PSA-5 at that time and the purchase price was $1,560.00.

I could not identify from a computer screen what has changed for the card to receive a 2 point grade bump. Identifying the buyer would be much more significant.
