This is another huge trimmed card from the 1952 Topps Look 'N See set. This card was submitted in the same PSA grading order as the George Marshall PSA 9 from this set that was also trimmed. (In fact, it is just one serial number away.) The left edge of this card was significantly trimmed, as evidenced by the green boxes in the images. Blue circles on the back show the print marks and paper fibers that prove the PSA 8 and PSA 9 are the same exact card.
There is a lot of things that collectors love about the PSA Set Registry. However, it is undeniable that card doctors and their auction house accomplices use this love to defraud these collectors.
