Stumbled across this one. Just have before and after links, but this I how I assume the story goes:
-Collector subs cards to PSA and it gets rejected.
-They sell it via PWCC.
-One of PWCC's finest buys it to try their "luck" on submitting it.
-PSA happily slabs it.
-PWCC sells it as a PSA 8.
-Rinse and repeat.
