Could not see any alterations on my screen. ***This is a Gary Moser bought card from PWCC. We know he touches cards. I don't for one second believe he bought a 9 "hoping" a crack and resub would get him a 10. He did something that a screen can't pick up. He profited over $3,000 on this card. I am posting this for further evidence of his profit-making ties with PWCC. If I have overlooked something let me know and I will edit.
