2019 • PSA 9 cert# 24507608 • BlowOut →
Sold on 6/8/2015 as a PSA 7 by PWCC for $51.01
Consigned to PWCC and sold on 12/6/2015 as a PSA 7 for $741.00
Value gain of $689.99
This Rizzuto card has been trimmed on both right and left edges, as you can plainly see in the before and after photos. In the blue square, there is a print dot. Look how much closer to the right edge that dot is in PSA 9 vs. the PSA 7. Red circles are print marks and/or paper fibers confirming it is the same card.
This card illustrates another upseting facet of the trimming scandal. The 1952 Berk Ross Rizzuto bunting card was a PSA 9 Pop 1 prior to the submission of this Gary Moser trim job. The owner of the only true PSA 9 Rizzuto has every right to be upset with PWCC and PSA for devaluing his card by respectively selling and grading this altered card.
