There are TONS of Fleer vault copies out there, PMs, etc, and stolen copy flair Legacies in PSA holders. Some ubstamled, some with FAKED stamps and missing names, other foil.

has a LOT of cleaning up to do if they start deactivating and buying Fleer non pack issued cards..... for example...eBay → the back has bogus numbers, with wrong zero style and no player name. He common knowledge is that these were stolen from Fleer in late 90s, way before bankruptcy and the numbers were added by a scammer. There are MANY that PSA has slabbed as real over the years.
