This is a quick one. The left border was trimmed, and the card also likely given a chemical bath. Once again we have the now-familiar pattern: Moser buys a graded card from PWCC. He cracks the card out, alters it, resubmits it for grading, and then sends the altered, graded card to PWCC for consignment.
Green rectangle shows the border trim, purple circles are common paper fibers. On the image of the card's reverse, look how much closer to the right border the common paper fiber on PSA 6 on the right is vs. the PSA 4 on the left.
