Red squares identify possible color addition. I can't verify it and it is also possible that it is scanning glare. Otherwise I cannot determine from the images what was done that caused a grade bump to the only PSA-10 in existence. Either Moser fixed something or PSA is incompetent/inconsistent in analyzing the condition of cards. Or likely both.
