Right border trim (or bottom border if looking at card horizontally) on this 1960 Topps Sievers card, which is highlighted in green. The blue circles are print marks and/or paper fibers which prove that both of these images are of the same card. Probstein123 did not provide a reverse image when they sold the PSA 8 to card-buyer, but there are enough distinguishing marks on the front to confirm a match (and also confirm an alteration).
