The Slights listed a PSA 8 1958 Topps Sandy Koufax last night on Ebay in auction format that was initially a PSA 6 when they purchased it on 08/19/2017 for $150.00.

There wasn't a back scan with the first sale. I cannot see an alteration, but Sundiegocollectibles are confirmed card doctors.
