Card: T227 Honest Long Cut, Series of Champions, Ty Cobb.
Alterations: Cleaned, creases pressed, re-colored.
Yellow circles are the common print marks/flaws between both cards.
Blue rectangle shows recoloring to front.
Red boxes show the pressed and flattened creases and edge wear.
The 3rd T227 Cobb found so far. This card has visible recoloring and two flattened and closed creases on the bottom left and right corners (also visible on the back). The flattened crease to the front right corner has caused paper loss. The back is also noticeably cleaner.
Sold by Clean Sweep Auctions (as a SGC 20/1.5) on February 4, 2016 for $2,071.20 to an unknown buyer.
Then sold by PWCC (as a PSA 2.5) on May 7, 2017 for $3,788.
