Prior Grade: SGC Authentic cert# 1361471-005
Card: 1911 T3 Turkey Red, Ty Cobb.
Alterations: Possibly trimmed.
Yellow circles are the common print marks/flaws between both cards.
Not sure what happened here but REA's description states that the T3 has evidence of trimming. One of the TPG's screwed up, and after what we've seen in this thread, I have zero faith in PSA's ability to detect trimming. I also doubt Brent went out of his way to inform PSA of SGC's finding.
Sold by Robert Edward Auctions (as a SGC Authentic with evidence of trimming) on April 25, 2015 for $2,160 to an unknown buyer.
Then sold by PWCC (as a PSA 3.5) on March 6, 2016 for $5,655.
