This card can be found on one of CaptSpaulding's PSA submission recreation lists. This is your basic, garden-variety Gary Moser 1948 Leaf baseball/football side trim. Moser trimmed both the left and right edges, as evidenced by the photo comparison.
The green boxes show the areas that were trimmed. Look at those vast differences in left and right border in the before and after photos. The pink arrow points to a print line. The pink vertical line shows that that print line ends in the very same place on both cards, confirming its provenance. This card was later sold again by PWCC in 2019. I always list the card's first confirmed sale in its "after" holder.
