The area circled in red shows where the two print spots were colored in. In printing we call those spots hickies - caused by debris on the printing plate.
Grade didn't change but the value jumped dramatically. Personally this is an undesirable card due to the black registration being way off from the other three colors. The image looks blurry due to this.
